If you have a claim you need to file, please contact the agency or your insurance company.

Most of these companies offer multiple methods of contact, whether it is via e-mail, telephone, fax, or by submitting a form on their Web site.

If your insurance company is located below, they have a direct claims reporting, and you should contact them at the number below. However, if your company is not listed on the bottom of this page, please contact McCormick & Klessig to report your claim.
